וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־יֵה֗וּא יַ֤עַן אֲשֶׁר־הֱטִיבֹ֙תָ֙ לַעֲשׂ֤וֹת הַיָּשָׁר֙ בְּעֵינַ֔י כְּכֹל֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בִּלְבָבִ֔י עָשִׂ֖יתָ לְבֵ֣ית אַחְאָ֑ב בְּנֵ֣י רְבִעִ֔ים יֵשְׁב֥וּ לְךָ֖ עַל־כִּסֵּ֥א יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
Und der HERR sprach zu Jehu: 'Weil du es gut gemacht hast, das auszuführen, was in meinen Augen richtig ist, und dem Haus Ahab nach allem, was in meinem Herzen war, getan hast, werden deine Söhne der vierten Generation auf dem Thron Israels sitzen.'
