וּבְפָרִשְׂכֶ֣ם כַּפֵּיכֶ֗ם אַעְלִ֤ים עֵינַי֙ מִכֶּ֔ם גַּ֛ם כִּֽי־תַרְבּ֥וּ תְפִלָּ֖ה אֵינֶ֣נִּי שֹׁמֵ֑עַ יְדֵיכֶ֖ם דָּמִ֥ים מָלֵֽאוּ׃
Und wenn ihr eure Hände [zum Beten] ausbreitet, wende ich meinen Blick von euch; auch wenn ihr noch so viel betet, höre ich nicht darauf — denn eure Hände sind ja blutbefleckt.

Ibn Ezra on Isaiah
ובפרשכם And when ye spread forth. The Hirik under ר is instead of Segol.37The infinitive Piel is פָּרֵש ; when כֶם is added the syllable רֵש loses the accent, and the long vowel Zere must therefore be shortened; this is usually done by changing Zere into Segol; to change it into Hirek, as in וּבְפֽרִשְׁכֶם, is exceptional.
