Commentary for II Chronicles 6:31
לְמַ֣עַן יִֽירָא֗וּךָ לָלֶ֙כֶת֙ בִּדְרָכֶ֔יךָ כָּל־הַ֨יָּמִ֔ים אֲשֶׁר־הֵ֥ם חַיִּ֖ים עַל־פְּנֵ֣י הָאֲדָמָ֑ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָתַ֖תָּה לַאֲבֹתֵֽינוּ׃ (ס)
that they may fear Thee, to walk in Thy ways, all the days that they live in the land which Thou gavest unto our fathers.

That they may fear You and the wicked will repent of his way; therefore, I pray to give each man according to his ways.
