Commentary for II Kings 11:16

וַיָּשִׂ֤מוּ לָהּ֙ יָדַ֔יִם וַתָּב֛וֹא דֶּֽרֶךְ־מְב֥וֹא הַסּוּסִ֖ים בֵּ֣ית הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַתּוּמַ֖ת שָֽׁם׃ (ס)

So they made way for her; and she went by the way of the horses’entry to the king’s house; and there was she slain.

They made a place for her. A place,²¹See Devorim 23:13 where the word “יַד” means “a place.” aisances, in O.F.
