אָבַ֥ל תִּיר֖וֹשׁ אֻמְלְלָה־גָ֑פֶן נֶאֶנְח֖וּ כָּל־שִׂמְחֵי־לֵֽב׃

The new wine faileth, the vine fadeth; All the merry-hearted do sigh.

The new wine mourneth, etc. Because there is none to dress the vine and to dig the ground.
