הִנֵּ֥ה כְתוּבָ֖ה לְפָנָ֑י לֹ֤א אֶחֱשֶׂה֙ כִּ֣י אִם־שִׁלַּ֔מְתִּי וְשִׁלַּמְתִּ֖י עַל־חֵיקָֽם׃

Behold, it is written before Me; I will not keep silence, except I have requited, Yea, I will requite into their bosom,

Behold it is inscribed Their sin is inscribed before Me, and their sentence has already been decreed and sealed.
