בְּ֭כֹחוֹ רָגַ֣ע הַיָּ֑ם ובתובנתו [וּ֝בִתְבוּנָת֗וֹ] מָ֣חַץ רָֽהַב׃

He stirreth up the sea with His power, And by His understanding He smiteth through Rahab.
