II Kings 4:3 Commentary: Metzudat David

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר לְכִ֨י שַׁאֲלִי־לָ֤ךְ כֵּלִים֙ מִן־הַח֔וּץ מֵאֵ֖ת כָּל־שכנכי [שְׁכֵנָ֑יִךְ] כֵּלִ֥ים רֵקִ֖ים אַל־תַּמְעִֽיטִי׃

Then he said: ‘Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbours, even empty vessels; borrow not a few.

Metzudat David on II Kings

From people outside your house, and as an additional clarification, he said to her, "from every single one of you're neighbors".
