בְּלֵ֣ב נָ֭בוֹן תָּנ֣וּחַ חָכְמָ֑ה וּבְקֶ֥רֶב כְּ֝סִילִ֗ים תִּוָּדֵֽעַ׃

In the heart of him that hath discernment wisdom resteth; But in the inward part of fools it maketh itself known.
