תַּֽהְפֻּכ֨וֹת ׀ בְּלִבּ֗וֹ חֹרֵ֣שׁ רָ֣ע בְּכָל־עֵ֑ת מדנים [מִדְיָנִ֥ים] יְשַׁלֵּֽחַ׃

Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth evil continually; He soweth discord.
