אֹטֵ֣ם אָ֭זְנוֹ מִזַּעֲקַת־דָּ֑ל גַּֽם־ה֥וּא יִ֝קְרָ֗א וְלֹ֣א יֵעָנֶֽה׃

Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, He also shall cry himself, but shall not be answered.
