בְּגַאֲוַ֣ת רָ֭שָׁע יִדְלַ֣ק עָנִ֑י יִתָּפְשׂ֓וּ ׀ בִּמְזִמּ֖וֹת ז֣וּ חָשָֽׁבוּ׃

Through the pride of the wicked the poor is hotly pursued, They are taken in the devices that they have imagined.

Rashi on Psalms

he pursues Heb. ידלק, he pursues, as (in Gen. 31:36): “that you pursued (דלקת) me?”
