Deuteronomy 14:17 Halakhah

וְהַקָּאָ֥ת וְאֶֽת־הָרָחָ֖מָה וְאֶת־הַשָּׁלָֽךְ׃

and the pelican, and the carrion-vulture, and the cormorant;
