Job 28:24 Halakhah

כִּי־ה֭וּא לִקְצוֹת־הָאָ֣רֶץ יַבִּ֑יט תַּ֖חַת כָּל־הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם יִרְאֶֽה׃

For He looketh to the ends of the earth, And seeth under the whole heaven;
