Job 38:12 Halakhah

הְֽ֭מִיָּמֶיךָ צִוִּ֣יתָ בֹּ֑קֶר ידעתה שחר [יִדַּ֖עְתָּה] [הַשַּׁ֣חַר] מְקֹמֽוֹ׃

Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days began, And caused the dayspring to know its place;
