Proverbs 1:25 Halakhah

וַתִּפְרְע֥וּ כָל־עֲצָתִ֑י וְ֝תוֹכַחְתִּ֗י לֹ֣א אֲבִיתֶֽם׃

But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof;
