Psalms 65:8 Halakhah

מַשְׁבִּ֤יחַ ׀ שְׁא֣וֹן יַ֭מִּים שְׁא֥וֹן גַּלֵּיהֶ֗ם וַהֲמ֥וֹן לְאֻמִּֽים׃

Who stillest the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the tumult of the peoples;
