Psalms 94:12 Halakhah

אַשְׁרֵ֤י ׀ הַגֶּ֣בֶר אֲשֶׁר־תְּיַסְּרֶ֣נּוּ יָּ֑הּ וּֽמִתּוֹרָתְךָ֥ תְלַמְּדֶֽנּוּ׃

Happy is the man whom Thou instructest, O LORD, And teachest out of Thy law;
