וְה֤וּא מְסִבּ֨וֹת ׀ מִתְהַפֵּ֣ךְ בתחבולתו [בְּתַחְבּוּלֹתָ֣יו] לְפָעֳלָ֑ם כֹּ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר יְצַוֵּ֓ם ׀ עַל־פְּנֵ֖י תֵבֵ֣ל אָֽרְצָה׃
