Liturgy for Psalms 115:2

Adonoy, in Your mercy, spare us, do not discard us in the hands of cruel foes. Why should the nations say: Where now is their God?³²Psalms 115:2. For Your sake, deal kindly with us and do not delay. We beseech You, turn from Your anger, and have compassion on the treasured people whom You have chosen.

If their guilt be so great as to reach the heavens and their stars, [then] by virtue of every fitting attribute, I plead for mercy for them, to annul for them what is written:¹Deut. 32:26. “I said I will scatter them etc.” Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?”²Psalms 115:2.
