Job 31:19 Midrash

אִם־אֶרְאֶ֣ה א֭וֹבֵד מִבְּלִ֣י לְב֑וּשׁ וְאֵ֥ין כְּ֝ס֗וּת לָאֶבְיֽוֹן׃

If I have seen any wanderer in want of clothing, Or that the needy had no covering;
