II Chronicles 15:1 Midrash

וַעֲזַרְיָ֙הוּ֙ בֶּן־עוֹדֵ֔ד הָיְתָ֥ה עָלָ֖יו ר֥וּחַ אֱלֹהִֽים׃

And the spirit of God came upon Azariah the son of Oded;
