Isaiah 22:10 Midrash

וְאֶת־בָּתֵּ֥י יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם סְפַרְתֶּ֑ם וַתִּתְֿצוּ֙ הַבָּ֣תִּ֔ים לְבַצֵּ֖ר הַחוֹמָֽה׃

And ye numbered the houses of Jerusalem, and ye broke down the houses to fortify the wall;
