Psalms 96:11 Midrash

יִשְׂמְח֣וּ הַ֭שָּׁמַיִם וְתָגֵ֣ל הָאָ֑רֶץ יִֽרְעַ֥ם הַ֝יָּ֗ם וּמְלֹאֽוֹ׃

Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof;
