Psalms 102:21 Midrash

לִ֭שְׁמֹעַ אֶנְקַ֣ת אָסִ֑יר לְ֝פַתֵּ֗חַ בְּנֵ֣י תְמוּתָֽה׃

To hear the groaning of the prisoner; To loose those that are appointed to death;
