Isaiah 51:21 Philosophy

לָכֵ֛ן שִׁמְעִי־נָ֥א זֹ֖את עֲנִיָּ֑ה וּשְׁכֻרַ֖ת וְלֹ֥א מִיָּֽיִן׃ (ס)

Therefore hear now this, thou afflicted, And drunken, but not with wine;
