Psalms 136:17 Philosophy

לְ֭מַכֵּה מְלָכִ֣ים גְּדֹלִ֑ים כִּ֖י לְעוֹלָ֣ם חַסְדּֽוֹ׃

To Him that smote great kings; For His mercy endureth for ever;
