בַּֽ֭חַלָּמִישׁ שָׁלַ֣ח יָד֑וֹ הָפַ֖ךְ מִשֹּׁ֣רֶשׁ הָרִֽים׃

He putteth forth his hand upon the flinty rock; He overturneth the mountains by the roots.
