Reference for Job 37:15

הֲ֭תֵדַע בְּשׂוּם־אֱל֣וֹהַּ עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם וְ֝הוֹפִ֗יעַ א֣וֹר עֲנָנֽוֹ׃

Dost thou know how God enjoineth them, And causeth the lightning of His cloud to shine?
