Reference for Job 39:21

יַחְפְּר֣וּ בָ֭עֵמֶק וְיָשִׂ֣ישׂ בְּכֹ֑חַ יֵ֝צֵ֗א לִקְרַאת־נָֽשֶׁק׃

He paweth in the valley, and rejoiceth in his strength; He goeth out to meet the clash of arms.
