Reference for Job 39:7

יִ֭שְׂחַק לַהֲמ֣וֹן קִרְיָ֑ה תְּשֻׁא֥וֹת נ֝וֹגֵ֗שׂ לֹ֣א יִשְׁמָֽע׃

He scorneth the tumult of the city, Neither heareth he the shoutings of the driver.
