Reference for Psalms 89:33

וּפָקַדְתִּ֣י בְשֵׁ֣בֶט פִּשְׁעָ֑ם וּבִנְגָעִ֥ים עֲוֺנָֽם׃

Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, And their iniquity with strokes.
