Reference for Psalms 95:11

אֲשֶׁר־נִשְׁבַּ֥עְתִּי בְאַפִּ֑י אִם־יְ֝בֹא֗וּן אֶל־מְנוּחָתִֽי׃

Wherefore I swore in My wrath, That they should not enter into My arest.'
