יֵ֣שׁ מְ֭פַזֵּר וְנוֹסָ֥ף ע֑וֹד וְחוֹשֵׂ֥ךְ מִ֝יֹּ֗שֶׁר אַךְ־לְמַחְסֽוֹר׃

There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; And there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth only to want.
