Job 14:11 Targum

אָֽזְלוּ־מַ֭יִם מִנִּי־יָ֑ם וְ֝נָהָ֗ר יֶחֱרַ֥ב וְיָבֵֽשׁ׃

As the waters fail from the sea, And the river is drained dry;
