Job 28:26 Targum

בַּעֲשֹׂת֣וֹ לַמָּטָ֣ר חֹ֑ק וְ֝דֶ֗רֶךְ לַחֲזִ֥יז קֹלֽוֹת׃

When He made a decree for the rain, And a way for the storm of thunders;
