Thus Israel dwelt in the land of the Amorites.

And Israel, after they had destroyed Sihon, dwelt in the land of the Amorites.
וַיֵּ֙שֶׁב֙ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בְּאֶ֖רֶץ הָאֱמֹרִֽי׃
