Proverbs 23:17 Targum

אַל־יְקַנֵּ֣א לִ֭בְּךָ בַּֽחַטָּאִ֑ים כִּ֥י אִם־בְּיִרְאַת־יְ֝הוָ֗ה כָּל־הַיּֽוֹם׃

Let not thy heart envy sinners, But be in the fear of the LORD all the day;
