Proverbs 24:17 Targum

בִּנְפֹ֣ל אויביך [אֽ֭וֹיִבְךָ] אַל־תִּשְׂמָ֑ח וּ֝בִכָּשְׁל֗וֹ אַל־יָגֵ֥ל לִבֶּֽךָ׃

Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, And let not thy heart be glad when he stumbleth;
