Psalms 68:23 Targum

אָמַ֣ר אֲ֭דֹנָי מִבָּשָׁ֣ן אָשִׁ֑יב אָ֝שִׁ֗יב מִֽמְּצֻל֥וֹת יָֽם׃

The Lord said: 'I will bring back from Bashan, I will bring them back from the depths of the sea;
