Psalms 148:7 Targum

הַֽלְל֣וּ אֶת־יְ֭הוָה מִן־הָאָ֑רֶץ תַּ֝נִּינִ֗ים וְכָל־תְּהֹמֽוֹת׃

Praise the LORD from the earth, Ye sea-monsters, and all deeps;
