יִרְעַ֣ם הַ֭יָּם וּמְלֹא֑וֹ תֵּ֝בֵ֗ל וְיֹ֣שְׁבֵי בָֽהּ׃

Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; The world, and they that dwell therein;
