Psalms 115:17 Targum

לֹ֣א הַ֭מֵּתִים יְהַֽלְלוּ־יָ֑הּ וְ֝לֹ֗א כָּל־יֹרְדֵ֥י דוּמָֽה׃

The dead praise not the LORD, Neither any that go down into silence;
