Psalms 65:7 Targum

מֵכִ֣ין הָרִ֣ים בְּכֹח֑וֹ נֶ֝אְזָ֗ר בִּגְבוּרָֽה׃

Who by Thy strength settest fast the mountains, who art girded about with might;
