Psalms 66:8 Targum

בָּרְכ֖וּ עַמִּ֥ים ׀ אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ וְ֝הַשְׁמִ֗יעוּ ק֣וֹל תְּהִלָּתֽוֹ׃

Bless our God, ye peoples, And make the voice of His praise to be heard;
