Psalms 78:23 Targum

וַיְצַ֣ו שְׁחָקִ֣ים מִמָּ֑עַל וְדַלְתֵ֖י שָׁמַ֣יִם פָּתָֽח׃

And He commanded the skies above, And opened the doors of heaven;
