לְמַעַן֩ יָקִ֨ים יְהוָ֜ה אֶת־דְּבָר֗וֹ אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֣ר עָלַי֮ לֵאמֹר֒ אִם־יִשְׁמְר֨וּ בָנֶ֜יךָ אֶת־דַּרְכָּ֗ם לָלֶ֤כֶת לְפָנַי֙ בֶּאֱמֶ֔ת בְּכָל־לְבָבָ֖ם וּבְכָל־נַפְשָׁ֑ם לֵאמֹ֕ר לֹֽא־יִכָּרֵ֤ת לְךָ֙ אִ֔ישׁ מֵעַ֖ל כִּסֵּ֥א יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
supaya Yang Mahakekal meneguhkan firman-Nya yang telah Ia ucapkan tentang aku: ‘Jika anak-anakmu menjaga jalan hidup mereka, sehingga mereka hidup di hadapan-Ku dengan setia, dengan segenap hati dan segenap jiwa mereka,’ demikian firman-Nya, ‘maka tidak akan terputus bagimu seorang laki-laki dari atas takhta Israel.’

“So that the Lord will fulfill His words, etc.” [2:4]. You Solomon, when you will properly observe the words of God, the Holy One will also keep His words, and you will be a king forever. However, go with truth and with your whole heart to serve the Holy One. God will not cut off any of your descendants from the throne of kingship over Israel forever.
