וַיּוֹצֵ֣א מִשָּׁ֗ם אֶת־כָּל־אוֹצְרוֹת֙ בֵּ֣ית יְהוָ֔ה וְאֽוֹצְר֖וֹת בֵּ֣ית הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַיְקַצֵּ֞ץ אֶת־כָּל־כְּלֵ֣י הַזָּהָ֗ב אֲשֶׁ֨ר עָשָׂ֜ה שְׁלֹמֹ֤ה מֶֽלֶךְ־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ בְּהֵיכַ֣ל יְהוָ֔ה כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֖ר דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃
Ia mengangkut dari sana semua harta perbendaharaan Bait Yang Mahakekal dan harta perbendaharaan istana raja, lalu ia memotong-motong semua perkakas emas yang dibuat oleh Salomo, raja Israel, di Bait Suci Yang Mahakekal, seperti yang telah difirmankan Yang Mahakekal.

[Daniel 1:2] Va-yiten (וַיִּתֵּן - And [the Lord] delivered): It is written: “and some of the vessels of the House of God.” [It says "some"] because it was during the exile of Jehoiachin that the precious vessels (k'lei chemdat - כְּלֵי חֶמְדַּת, cf. II Chronicles 36:10) of the House of the Lord were brought to Babylon. For thus it is written [regarding Jehoiachin's exile]: “and the treasures of the House of the Lord, and the treasures of the king's house” [II Kings 24:13].
