וְלֹֽא־הֶאֱמַ֣נְתִּי לַדְּבָרִ֗ים עַ֤ד אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֙אתִי֙ וַתִּרְאֶ֣ינָה עֵינַ֔י וְהִנֵּ֥ה לֹֽא־הֻגַּד־לִ֖י הַחֵ֑צִי הוֹסַ֤פְתָּ חָכְמָה֙ וָט֔וֹב אֶל־הַשְּׁמוּעָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר שָׁמָֽעְתִּי׃
Tetapi aku tidak percaya akan kabar-kabar itu sampai aku datang dan melihatnya dengan mataku sendiri. Sesungguhnya, separuhnya pun belum diberitahukan kepadaku; hikmat dan kebaikanmu jauh melebihi kabar yang kudengar.
