אֲבָרֵ֗ךְ אֶת־יְ֭הוָה אֲשֶׁ֣ר יְעָצָ֑נִי אַף־לֵ֝יל֗וֹת יִסְּר֥וּנִי כִלְיוֹתָֽי׃

Benedirò il Signore, che mi ha dato consigli; Sì, nelle stagioni notturne le mie redini mi istruiscono.
